Prop. 8 Panel on December 10

There will be a panel on Proposition 8 the morning of Wednesday, December 10. The panel will discuss the constitutional issues raised by the pending litigation as well as what to do in the interim. The panel will be led by Jim Brosnahan, and the panelists includes my partner Bobbie Wilson, one of the Howard Rice lawyers who represented the City in the Marriage Cases.
