Steinberg Files Line-Item Veto Lawsuit

Here is the San Francisco Chronicle story, by Bob Egelko, which adds that the case has been assigned to Judge Peter Busch, a former partner of mine who is now one of the two law and motion judges in the San Francisco Superior Court.
